In February 2005, I founded SixSigmaCompanies.com, a blog about the Fortune 500 companies using Six Sigma. In 2010, I organized SocialSixSigma.com, to bring together all the process improvement social media voices. I also created the Six Sigma Arizona LinkedIn group, for Six Sigma practitioners in Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff to connect locally.
After dabbling in a bit of Freelance work I joined a fantastic team leading out the deployment of Apollo Excellence at Apollo Education Group and University of Phoenix.My next adventure took me to State Farm where I worked with a solid team of LSS geeks, introducing the continuous improvement mindset to the Claims division. I then lent my Lean Thinking and problem solving skills to the Customer Care Center at GoDaddy.
I am currently at ADP, teaching Business Process Innovation principles to associates and leadership, while improving processes in the Enterprise Learning division.
While I earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from Thunderbird, Global School of Management, I continue to learn every day.
When I am not with my family or diving into process and technology opportunities at GoDaddy, I’m out exploring new trails on my mountain bike.
